Join us to honor our veterans during Armed Services Salute Event!
Armed Services Salute is the Veterans Day event hosting the Veterans Day parade, Vets Fest and the Four Star Four Mile Run. It is our honor to salute America’s Heroes (Veterans) each year the Sunday before Veterans Day in the great city of Detroit. We are also blessed to be joined by our fellow Veterans, Members of the United States Armed Forces and Patriotic citizens from across Michigan who realize that Freedom is Not Free.

Michigan War Veterans Memorial Support needed for relocation
Gaining support to save and restore the Michigan War Veterans Memorial, located in Detroit, Michigan on the corner of Woodward Ave and East State Fair.

Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military & veterans families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in the hospital.
These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world.
Fisher Houses have up to 21 suites, with private bedrooms and baths. Families share a common kitchen, laundry facilities, a warm dining room, and an inviting living room.
