Military Services and Charitable Organizations
Looking for support?
VVA9 will on a case by case basis provide financial assistance to military services and charitable organizations. As a general rule, VVA9 will support those organizations that have actively attempted to raise funds in support of their program or objective but have been unable to raise the full amount required.
Documentation of the program’s budget requirements along with copies of the appropriate competitive bids are required to support a request.
Additionally, a description of the fund-raising efforts already undertaken and the amount of funds received must be provided.
To request a donation, complete the form provided. Or, you can download the form, print it and mail it to us. Note: Since the Chapter meets monthly, it is necessary to submit the form several months prior to the date the funds are needed. This time is needed to allow for a detailed review of the submission and for the Chapter officers to determine if a presentation to the Board and/or members is appropriate. Submissions requesting an immediate donation may not be considered.
